It’s mid-September already, do you know what your holiday sales campaign strategy is yet?
Hopefully, you do.
Every holiday season is a little different from the previous holiday season and we expect this year to be no different, except that we think it’ll be more different than anything we’ve ever seen before.
Between Covid keeping most people home for the last 6 months, and potentially into early next year, payroll uncertainty for a large portion of the world and a significant presidential election coming up, it’s anybody’s guess what will really happen.
But, we have some ideas.
Regardless, we know this holiday sales season is important for everyone and it’s incredibly important to get your holiday marketing strategy in place as soon as possible. And also, be willing able to modify and adjust as needed.
Here’s what we think will happen.
- We believe there will be some greater amount of “Retail therapy.” Meaning that so many people have not been able to live the lives they want so they will be making up for it by spending more for themselves and others.
- We think that things to make people’s lives easier and safer will do really well this year. Also, things to keep people active and engaged and improving their lives. Possibly things for kids to keep them busy and active while potentially needing to stay home more than ever before, and things for adults to keep adults active and fit.
- Since Covid issues began earlier this year, web traffic and sales have grown faster than ever before.
- We also think it’ll be another record holiday season that you don’t want to miss!
We’ve had clients start in July this year to begin getting ready and building traffic for the holidays. We’re also seeing many other companies starting to get ready with Ads and SEO for the holidays.
